My Profile Page - details of outstanding invoices are highlighted in Yellow.

• Edit profile - select to update your contact profile. Each field shows an explanation and restrictions if any.
• My directory profile - select to show your current profile
• Privacy - select your choice for opt-in/out.
• Email subscriptions - select your choice for opt-in/out.
• My event registrations - select to display events/booking you have made. 
• Invoice and Payments - details of pending invoices
• Donation - desirable but not used by PYC.
• Menu option - Member Home Page - select and you have access to all menu options within the member area.

Security and privacy are our prime concern, therefore, please follow Club strong password guidance being:

• A strong password describes a password that is difficult to detect by both humans and computer programs, effectively protecting data from unauthorized access.
• Minimum requirement:
• 12 characters or more
• Upper and lower case letters
• At least one number
• At least one special character #?!@$%^&*-
• Passwords are typically case-sensitive, so a strong password contains letters in both uppercase and lowercase.
• Strong passwords also do not contain words that can be found in a dictionary or parts of the user’s own name.

To change your password, click on your profile name in top right corner and a new display shows

• View my profile
  
• Change password - select to change your password. A new screen will be displayed for your completion.
  
• Logout

For your information site administrator cannot see your password, therefore, in the event of repeated password failures, please send email with request of new password to me: rca@phoenixyachtclub.co.uk

You can access pages listed opposite as menu options.

Home, About Us and sub-menu pages are with public access and no restrictions.

Members pages and sub-menu pages are protected with member only access right. A small number of pages have restrictions as to individual groups within PYC.

Within each menu page you will find a number of additional menus headed as:

• Calendars and Events - listing current club events
  
• Prospectus - list detailed club activity information and link to documents which may be downloaded.
• Access restrictions apply to menu option "Internal".

Each additional menu has a number of sub-menu pages which will be displayed within the current frame. Select Members Home Page for return to main Members menu options.

Sub-menu pages have a number of links to external PYC documents stored within the application box.com. The link will open the document and a download option is displayed in the top right corner. No need for an account with box.com!

Your personal data is stored on a secure server with extensive firewall and security features in place.

Edit Profile

• Please select Profile menu option and update individual Contact Fields where applicable.
• Once completed please select Save to exit Profile update.
• Mandatory fields as shown must be completed.

Privacy Options:

•  [   ]  -  Anybody - do not select for safety reasons.
•  [   ]  -  Members - club members only can see your personal profile.
•  [   ]  -  No access to club members (NA)
• Your Privacy option's apply for display or restrictions as to display of your data to other Members. 
  
• Please select Privacy followed by Edit to update your Contact Details display.
  
• You can edit your privacy settings at any time after initial completion.
  
• Club system administrator (Tony/Jorgen)can access all Contact fields and happy assist you with clarification or privacy settings. 

1. Select Calendar & Events menu
   
2. Select menu option - Summer Cruise Calendar, Cruising Event, Racing Event, Training Event - 
   
3. Please scroll down to see Events, alternative, use the Calendar option highlighted in the top right corner of the list display
   
4. Click on an Event and follow the on screen instructions
   
5. Once you have completed your booking please select  *** Members Home Page *** returning to the main menu for Members
   
6. Within the next hours or day, you will receive several email's related to booking confirmation and updates.
